I was stranded at this service station with a family member after a breakdown. Boro Taxis seemed incapable of finding this location. A lovely lady from this garage gave us a lift to Middlesbrough. Thank goodness for this kind lady as I am not from the local area. Great customer service. Thank you so much Beth

Very rushed unfriendly service, tall older woman behind the counter very miserable with customers. Never cracks a smile , you always seem to be a chore not a paying customer
